Old Ukraine in Color
Sergey Mikhaylovich Prokudin-Gorsky (1863 – 1944) was a Russian chemist and photographer. He is best known for his pioneering work in color photography of early 20th-century lands and people of the Russian Empire.
The following illustrations are probably the earliest colored pictures of Ukraine.
